exhausted

assalamualaikum..

There are times in life, i think at least once in a month, that you feel really tired, feel like there are some many things to settle at one time and you just don't have the energy and time to do it. And me, i feel like crying sometimes.

The formula is if demand cant be fulfill by the resource or supply, come stress

I believe many people will experiences this kind of situation. It's a negative experience but the good part is it can be overcome.

When the stress feeling was at the peak, and u feel so hopeless and just don't know where to start,

i would advice

1.Pray..PRAY..

Pray to Allah to help ease the burden.
Cry to him to help you.
believe me, it will somehow clear your mind and you will have a bit of strength to at least start solving the workload one by one.

2. list down all the things that you should do, once you done with one put a tick at the side of the list. This will give you some satisfaction as you can see the progress. At least you are heading somewhere.

3. try to seek help with those things that you can't settle, your friend will help giving you the solution. because we sometimes can't even think of the simple solution when our mind are clouded with the burden.

4. continue with the du'a

5. when everything has finish... don't forget to praise Allah for the ni'mat that he has granted.



Have we not open up your heart
And lifted from you the burden
That had weighted so heavily on your back?
And (have We not ) raised you high in dignity?
And behold, after every hardship, will comes ease
Verily with every hardship comes ease
Hence, when you are free from distress, remain steadfast
And unto you Sustainer turn with love
